Join us September 14th, 2023 as we say goodbye to Summer.
In partnership with: Humana, American Diabetes Association and Top Box Foods - this day will include:
- Health Meal Kits
- Bookbags & School Supplies
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Community Resources
Hosted in Roseland Community Hospital's parking lot from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM (or until exhausted)
All items will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis
