About the Event
The New Roseland Community Hospital invites you to register for our Annual Toy & Gift Giveaway (open to children up to 16 years old). A separate registration is mandatory for each child and each field is required - please DO NOT register children on the same form. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate; if our team is unable to reach you, that will result in your child(ren) not being matched to a sponsor.
Distribution will take place at the hospital on Saturday, December 17th from 10am until noon. CHILDREN MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THEIR GIFT!
